The Kameralamt Markgröningen was an institution of the Kingdom of Württemberg , which administered property and income of the state in the administrative district. It existed in Markgröningen from 1807 to 1819 . The camera office was created as part of the reorganization of the state finance administration in the Kingdom of Württemberg.

history

In the course of an administrative reform in the young Kingdom of Württemberg in 1807, the upper offices were restructured and the cellars for state, ecclesiastical and sovereign property were merged into newly created camera offices. The Oberamt Markgröningen was dissolved and the camera office Markgröningen was set up in Ostergasse 22, which had previously served the clerical administration. The barn belonging to the large property was increased for the storage of taxes in kind. The initials "FR" above the house entrance still remind of the initiator of the reform and the owner at the time: " Fridericus Rex ", who was elected king by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1806 .

According to the ordinance of July 7th and 14th, 1807, the Kameralamt Markgröningen was assigned the Patrimonialamt Unterriexingen.

By order of August 26, 1813, the repealed Hohenasperg camera office was merged with the Markgröningen camera office.

According to the decree of June 6, 1819, the Markgröningen camera office was dissolved and its district was largely incorporated into the Ludwigsburg camera office. The official locations west of the Glems were assigned to the camera offices in Leonberg and Vaihingen :

After the camera office was dissolved, the building was sold in 1819 and has been used as a pharmacy ever since.
