Kamil Mikulčík

Kamil Mikulčík (born November 18, 1977 in Tyrnau ) is a Slovak singer .

He studied at the VŠMU, the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava in the field of theater , after which he worked as a radio presenter and theater actor. Since 2004 Kamil Mikulčík has been singing bass with the Slovak a cappella group Fragile . With this band he had already released several albums.

In 2009 he represented his country at the Eurovision Song Contest together with the singer Nela Pocisková . The two were the first participants for Slovakia since 1998. Their ballad Leť tmou ( Eng .: flying through the darkness ) was eliminated in the second semi-final.
