Kamil Zayatte (born March 7, 1985 in Conakry ) is a Guinean football player who plays on the position of a defender .

Career

Zayatte began his career in the youth teams of RC Lens , in the 2006/07 season he came for the first time for the Lens senior team. However, he could not prevail, which is why he switched to the Swiss Super League club BSC Young Boys after only one game during the winter break , where he was regularly in the starting lineup.

In the summer of 2008 he had several trial trainings, including at Everton and Newcastle United . After various tests, Zayatte finally decided in the summer of 2008 to move to Hull City , where he signed on loan from the BSC Young Boys for one year from August 31, 2008. After good performances in the preliminary round, Zayatte was finally taken over by Hull in January 2009 and signed a three-year contract.

During the winter break of the 2010/11 season, he moved to Turkey for the Süper Lig promoted Konyaspor . Although his team could not hold the class at the end of the season, Zayatte stood out as a good defender. Due to the contract, he was able to move to the 2011/12 season without a transfer and so he moved to the Süper Lig club Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor .
