Pauls Kaņeps (born November 14, 1911 , † November 9, 2006 in Elgin ) was a Latvian cross-country skier .

Kaņeps took part in the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen . He finished 50th over 18 km and 13th place with the relay. He ended the 50 km run prematurely. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1938 he came in 170th place over 18 km and in 11th place with the relay.
