Kang Hye-jeong (* 4. January 1982 in Incheon ) is a South Korean actress . She had her first role in the arthouse / science fiction film Nabi (2001), for which she was recognized as the best young actress at the Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival . She became known worldwide through the film Oldboy (2003).

Kang played a supporting role in the 2014 film adaptation of Barbara O'Connor's novel How to Steal a Dog .

She is married to Tablo from the hip-hop group Epik High . They have a daughter named Lee Haru together.
