The canton of Sainte-Rose-2 is a canton in the French department of Guadeloupe . Until 2015 it comprised part of the municipality of Sainte-Rose and the municipality of Deshaies . The representative in the General Council of the Département was Jeanny Marc from 2001–2007 and Max Mathiasin from 2007–2015.

As part of the reorganization of the French cantons in 2015, the municipality of Deshaies was assigned to the canton of Sainte-Rose-1 , so that the canton of Sainte-Rose-2 only consists of a sub-area of ​​the municipality of the same name.

From 2015 to 2021 Claudine Bajazet and Clodomir Bajazet will represent the canton in the departmental council .
