Pulpit in St-Maximilian Kolbe, Corps-Nuds

The pulpit in the Catholic Church of St-Maximilian Kolbe (until 2011: St-Pierre) in Corps-Nuds , a French parish in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in Brittany , was created at the end of the 19th century.

The neo-Gothic style pulpit was carved from oak by cabinet makers Pierre Lemesle and Arsène Dauphin . It has a sound cover that is reminiscent of onion domes and is crowned by a cross.

The pulpit is decorated with the four evangelists and their symbols . It is supported by a round support.

The wooden staircase, like all surfaces of the pulpit, is decorated with carvings.
