The Cape Koyubi ( Japanese 小指岬 Koyubi-misaki , German , Pinky tip ' ) is a headland at the Prince Harald Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Lands . It marks the western end of a U-shaped peninsula that extends like a curved finger from the western flank of the Langhovde group of hills into the sea.
Aerial photographs and measurements of a Japanese Antarctic expedition carried out from 1957 to 1962 were used to map them. The naming made in 1972 was based on the naming of Cape Nakayubi , located 800 m southeast .
