Cape Omega ( Japanese オ メ ガ 岬 Omega-misaki ) is a striking rocky cape on the Crown Prince Olav coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It lies between the Omega Glacier and the Daruma Rock . On the cape, Omega-higasi Iwa , Omega-naka Iwa and Omega-nisi Iwa rise up in an east-west sequence.
Participants in the Japanese Antarctic Expedition, which lasted from 1957 to 1962, mapped, photographed and named it.
