Chapel in Winnings

The Roman Catholic chapel is located in Winnings , a district of Wiggensbach in the Oberallgäu district ( Bavaria ). The chapel is a listed building. The building is a rectangular structure made of an arched window axis with a gable roof . There is a turret on the west gable and a crucifix on the east wall . The peasant altar with Ionic pilasters from around 1800 contains a crucifixion group from the early 19th century. The wooden figures of St. Nicholas as well as the angel date from the end of the 17th century.
