The core of property no. 3 was built around 1840 with originally two upper floors. The window frames indicate that it was created in the classical style.
When the three-story neighboring property no. 5 (1895/1900) was built, property no. 3 was supplemented by a third floor. A bridging risalit with a tower roof was attached at the joint between properties no. 3 and no . The main entrance of the entire property was set up in the risalit. The iron balconies with bulging parapets on the facade indicate the property's original use as a hotel.
The property now houses medical practices.
No. 5
Property no. 5 was built around 1895/1900 in the neo-renaissance style with slightly baroque tendencies. Property no. 5 is a three-storey, one-sided hipped sandstone block with red sandstone structure .
