Kapingamarangi is a Polynesian language spoken in Micronesia in Kapingamarangi and Pohnpei .
It is the mother tongue of 3000 people and is closely related to the language of Nukuoro . According to Harald Haarmann's standard work: Basic word order in the languages of the world language follows the word order type verb-subject-object and SVO .
