Karen Seyfarth

Karen Seyfarth is a German game designer who designed several games together with her husband Andreas Seyfarth . Their jointly developed game Thurn und Taxis was named Game of the Year in 2006.

biography

Karen Seyfarth met her future husband Andreas in 1979, whom she married in 1988. Together with him she developed the card game Max and Moritz in 1991 , which was published by Schmidt Spiele . In other games of her husband she acted in an advisory capacity and as a test player and is named accordingly in the thanks, including at Manhattan . In 2006 they brought out the game Thurn und Taxis together, which won the title for game of the year. This was followed in 2007 by the Thurn and Taxis extensions - Glanz and Gloria and Thurn and Taxis - all roads lead to Rome (both together with her husband).
