Karin Frei
Karin Frei (born May 31, 1969 in Lucerne ) is a Swiss journalist and presenter .
Life
After graduating from high school in 1990, Karin Frei first studied economics and then humanities with a major in folklore at the University of Zurich . She completed her studies in 2003 with a licentiate . At the same time, she worked as an editor for the daily newspaper Luzerner Neuste Nachrichten and completed a stage at Radio Pilatus . She then switched to DRS 3 for two years as the presenter of the youth program Yoyo . From 1996 she moderated the DRS night club and worked at DRS 1 as an editor and presenter (colon and personal) . In 2005 she published a book on the subject of “ Stepmother ” at Limmat Verlag .
Since November 2011 she has been editor-in-chief and moderator of the discussion program Club on SRF 1 . On August 15, 2017, she announced in a media release by the SRF that she would like to end the moderation of the discussion program Club at the end of 2017.
