Karl Barth Prize

The Karl Barth Prize , which is awarded every two years by the Union of Evangelical Churches (UEK), commemorates the Swiss Reformed theologian Karl Barth . The prize, founded in 1986, is awarded for an outstanding theological-scientific work from the German-speaking area or from ecumenism. A complete work may also be honored. The award is endowed with 10,000 euros.
