Karl-Heinz Löffler (* 1948 in Friedrichsdorf in North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a German social scientist , Germanist , literary scholar and sound engineer . As a writer, he has written numerous poetry and prose works .

Life

Karl-Heinz Löffler grew up in the post-war period in the small town of Friedrichsdorf near Gütersloh in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia that was newly formed by the Allied military government. There he attended the Friedrichsdorfer elementary school and then completed an apprenticeship in electrical engineering and an internship in HF technology. On the second educational path , he attended the vocational school and then worked for four years with the Federal Border Guard in the area of ​​the Federal Passport Control Service in the Border Guard Individual Service (GSE Passport Control Service).

As a result, Löffler completed a degree in social science at a university of applied sciences and studied German and literature at the universities of Bielefeld and Hanover . At the same time, he worked in industry and trade as an electrician and financed his studies as a long-haul truck driver. His social internship led him to an adult education project of the Protestant Lippe regional church and in Bielefeld to the board of trustees for youth work in the Protestant parishes of the Altstädter Nicolaikirche and Georgenkirche . Löffler assisted the sound engineers on the stages of the city of Bielefeld and subsequently received a contract as a sound engineer for the theater.

After Karl-Heinz Löffler was initially hired as a sound engineer at the Lower Saxony State Opera in Hanover, he was hired as sound engineer at the Lower Saxony State Theater Hanover for the music theater and opera division.

In addition to his professional activity, Löffler created numerous prose and poetry works as a writer. At the beginning of the 21st century, the writer named the Hanover district of Calenberger Neustadt as his place of residence. He dedicated his book “Probably about Linden ” to his wife, the long-time works councilor of the textile and clothing union at the Werner & Ehlers bed spring factory .
