Karl-Heinz Winkler

Karl-Heinz Winkler (born February 29, 1948 ) is a German politician ( party of the rule of law offensive ) and former member of the Hamburg citizenship .

Life

Winkler is married. He studied English and sports science in Hamburg . Then he was up to his premature retirement teacher . In the meantime, he taught in England , Sweden and Hamburg. Winkler was a founding member of his party and a member of the state executive board and the presidium.

politics

Winkler was a member of the citizenship of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg from October 2001 to March 2004 . As a member of the state parliament , he was chairman of the building and transport committee. During his tenure, he mainly campaigned for more parking space and district garages in the densely populated Hamburg districts.
