Karl Adolf von Huss
Karl Adolph von Huss († September 15, 1743 ) was a Prussian legation secretary , chamber councilor and city president of Magdeburg .

Together with his brothers Johann Helfreich Huss, Regierungsrat in Minden and Gustav Adolph of Huss, he was in the Prussian on November 27, 1702 nobility ennobled .
In 1698, Huss married Sibylla Ursula von Mieg (1671–1701), a daughter of the Brandenburg court chamber and Ravensburger appellate court counselor Carl von Mieg and granddaughter of the princely Saxony-Magdeburg privy councilor Johann Georg Reinhardt . About her sister Karoline-Maria von Mieg he was the brother-in-law of the royal Prussian lieutenant general of the cavalry Andreas Reveillas du Veyne († 1726). The marriage produced at least two daughters and one son:
- Marie Sibylle von Huss, (* 1699; † 1768), ⚭ Peter du Moulin (* 1681; † 1756), royal Prussian general of the infantry
- Charlotte Sophie von Huss, (* 1701; † 1764), ⚭ Christoph Ludwig von Stille (* 1696; † 1752), royal Prussian major general
- Carl Otto von Huss (* 1708; † 1742), royal Prussian senior judge
The city director of Minden from 1730 to 1733, Thomas Heinrich von Huss (* 1702), was his nephew.
Life
In 1792 Huss was legation secretary in Vienna , from 1698 he held the position of extraordinary chamber councilor in the Duchy of Magdeburg and was president of the city of Magdeburg from 1709 to 1725.
