Karl Bock from Wülfingen

Karl Friedrich Wilhelm Jobst Philipp Bock von Wülfingen (born February 18, 1772 in Hanover , † January 15, 1852 in Celle ) was a Hanoverian lieutenant general .

Life

Karl came from the Lower Saxon noble family Bock von Wülfingen . His ancestors come from the I. (Lutheran) line, which can be traced back to Kurt Bock von Wülfingen (1545–1628). The progenitor of the Bockerode branch , from which Karl Bock von Wülfingen comes, was Jobst Gabiel Bock von Wülfingen (1678–1743).

Karl Bock von Wülfingen was the master of Bockerode and Wülfingen . Like many of his family members, he also embarked on a military career and entered service in Hanover.

family

Karl Bock von Wülfingen married Karoline Freiin von der Schulenburg (1778-1815) in Stade on November 28, 1797 . After her untimely death, he married Karoline von Schlütter (1794–1862) on April 14, 1819. The following children emerged from the marriages:
