Karl Dietzel (politician, 1902)

Karl Dietzel (born March 7, 1902 in Munich , † January 30, 1969 in Tenerife ) was a German businessman and state politician .

Life

After graduating from secondary school in Munich, Dietzel studied economics at the Technical University of Munich and received his doctorate in 1925 from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main .

From 1938 to 1968 Dietzel was a board member and association director of the Bavarian cooperative association (Schulze-Delitzsch). He was also chairman of the supervisory board of the central bank Bayerischer Volksbanken from 1951 to 1969. From September 1957 until his death he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
