Karl Friedrich Horch

Karl Friedrich Horch (born August 28, 1887 in Trarbach , † September 19, 1955 in Traben-Trarbach ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Horch attended elementary school and lived as an independent winemaker.

Before 1933 Horch was the leader of the Reichsbanner Schwarz-Rot-Gold in Traben-Trarbach. After July 20, 1944, he was arrested as part of the Grid Action . After the war he joined the SPD and became a member of the Traben-Trarbach city council.

From June 4, 1947 to May 17, 1951 he was a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament . There he was a member of the Agricultural Policy Committee, Food and Supply Committee, Borderland Committee, Main Committee, Budget and Finance Committee and the Social Policy Committee.
