Karl Jennes

Karl Jennes (born July 14, 1852 in Linnich , † 1924 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) was a German glass painter .

Karl Jennes completed his apprenticeship in the Oidtmann workshops in Linnich and Linnemann in Frankfurt. From 1884 he worked for the Helmle & Merzweiler workshop in Freiburg, of which he was artistic director from 1900. He supplied all the designs and boxes for the workshop.

Jennes and Merzweiler were members of the Schauinsland Breisgau association .
