Karl Lippmann

Karl Georg Lippmann , Knight of Lippmann since 1904 , (born January 15, 1839 in Nordendorf ; † September 20, 1915 ) was a German lawyer and judge .

Life

The son of the director of the district court in Landshut, Franz Alexander Lippmann , attended the Landshut grammar school . He received his doctorate in Munich in 1863 with an award-winning thesis. The Bavarian was a legal intern in 1861 and sworn in as an accessist in 1866. In 1869 he came to Bamberg as a substitute public prosecutor. In 1872 he became a city judge in Munich. In 1876 he was promoted to the second public prosecutor and in 1880 to the district court advisor in Munich. In 1887 he was appointed First Public Prosecutor at the Munich District Court II . In 1888 he joined the Reich Justice Service as a Reich Attorney. In 1892 he came to the Imperial Court. He was in the VI. Civil Senate active. In 1906 he retired.
