Karl Lutz (District Administrator)
Karl Lutz (born September 1, 1875 , † January 9, 1969 ) was a German lawyer and local politician ( CSU ).
Lutz was a legal advisor at the Altötting district court . On 5 May 1945, he was by the American military government as district administrator of the district Altötting used. In 1946 the district council confirmed him in office.
