Erwin Schneider (politician, 1961)
Erwin Schneider (born May 11, 1961 in Hölzling ) is a German politician ( CSU ). He has been the district administrator in the Altötting district since 2000 .
Life
After graduating from high school, Schneider did an agricultural apprenticeship. He studied agricultural science at the Technical University of Munich and was then a speaker at the Bavarian Farmers 'Association and managing director at the employers' association for agriculture and forestry. Since 2009 he has been on the board of directors of Sparkasse Altötting-Mühldorf .
politics
1980 Schneider joined the CSU, where he was initially a district and district board member. In 1990 he became honorary mayor of the Pleiskirchen community and district councilor in Altötting. From 1994 to 2000 he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament . After he was elected district administrator of the Altötting district in 2000, he resigned from his state parliament mandate.
