Karl Oberle (politician)

Karl Oberle (born September 17, 1925 in Elsenfeld ; † January 10, 2008 there ) was a German politician ( CSU ).

Oberle attended high school in Aschaffenburg and studied philosophy and law at the University of Würzburg . During the Second World War , the trained pilot was active as an infantryman on the Eastern Front . After passing both state legal examinations, he settled as a lawyer in Obernburg am Main in 1954 . In 1956 he was elected head of the district association of the CSU in Obernburg as well as the district council and deputy district administrator of the district of Obernburg . From 1967 to 1972 he was district administrator of the district of Obernburg and, after the regional reform, until 1986 district administrator of the entire current district of Miltenberg .

From 1962 to 1970 he represented the constituency Miltenberg - Obernburg in the Bavarian state parliament as a directly elected member.
