Karl Otto Kreer

Karl Otto Kreer (born September 19, 1956 in Winterbach ) is a German administrative officer . From 2001 to 2014 he was State Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .

Life and work

After graduating from high school in 1975, Kreer studied agricultural sciences in Bonn until 1980 . He then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Agricultural Policy, Market Research and Economic Sociology at the University of Bonn until 1985 ; in 1986 he received his doctorate.
