Life

Karl Schmider was born in Hausach in 1935. He spent his high school in the Konradihaus in Konstanz , where he first came into direct contact with church music. In 1954 he graduated from high school in Constance.

A composition course that he completed from 1965 to 1970 with the Swiss composer Ernst Pfiffner in Basel contributed to his musical development .
