Karl Zanon
Karl Zanon (born July 24, 1920 in Meran ; † January 14, 1992 ) was a South Tyrolean agronomist and politician .
Zanon was president of the professional association of agronomists and foresters in South Tyrol. He was also a member of the boards of directors of Bank Mediocredito and the electricity company Etschwerke . From 1972 to 1976 he held a mandate in the Italian parliament as senator of the South Tyrolean People's Party . He taught as a lecturer and professor at the University of Innsbruck .
