Karlheinz Geissler

Karlheinz A. Geißler (born October 20, 1944 in Deuerling ) is professor emeritus for business education at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich and time researcher.

life and work

Geißler completed a degree in philosophy , economics and education in Munich . He received his doctorate as Dr. rer. pole. (Doctor of Economics). After working for a short time as a teacher at vocational schools, research and teaching activities followed at the universities in Karlsruhe , Augsburg and Munich. In Munich he worked from 1975 until his retirement in 2006 at the University of the Federal Armed Forces. Geißler has received visiting professorships at universities in Germany and abroad.

Geißler is co-founder and head of the Ecology of Time project at the Evangelical Academy Tutzing and co-founder of the German Society for Time Policy. He heads the timesandmore institute for time consulting. At the moment he works primarily as an author, lecturer and time advisor. He doesn't have a driver's license and has lived without a watch for 25 years. He is married with two children and lives in Perlach .
