Karolina Banel (born April 4, 1993 ) is a Lithuanian biathlete .

Karolina Banel lives in Vilnius . She made her international debut at the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2011 in Nové Město na Moravě , where she was initially used in the junior races. In the sprint, she came in 45th place and qualified for the pursuit race, which she did not finish as a lapped runner. For the relay race she was appointed to the side of Natalija Kočergina , Karolis Zlatkauskas and Aleksandr Lavrinovič in the A team and reached eighth place. At the junior races of the Biathlon European Championships 2012 in Osrblie , Banel was taken out of the race as the 48th individual, 54th sprint and in pursuit as a lapped runner.
