Karolis Zlatkauskas (born February 19, 1985 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian biathlete .

Karolis Zlatkauskas took part in his first Junior World Championships in Ridnaun in 2002 and achieved a 51st place in the sprint as the best result. Since 2003 he also started in the Junior European Cup and took part in his second Junior World Championship in Kościelisko , where 33rd place was the best result. In 2004 in Haute-Maurienne the best result was 50th place in the pursuit, 2006 in Kontiolahti place 36th in the individual. The fifth and final Junior World Championships were the title fights in Presque Isle . At the competitions in the USA, 38th place in the pursuit was the best placement.

In the men's category, Zlatkauskas first started the 2004/05 European Cup season in Geilo and was 66th of a sprint. The debut in the Biathlon World Cup followed in 2005 in Ruhpolding in a sprint race in which the Lithuanian was 108th. Only a little later he achieved his best result so far in Pokljuka as 83rd of a sprint. He then took part in the 2005 Biathlon World Championships in Hochfilzen . In individual Zlatkauskas 104th was in the sprint race 107th career highlight was the participation in the 2006 Olympic Winter Games of Turin . At the competitions in Cesana San Sicario , the Lithuanian started in the sprint and was 88. It was not until 2009 that he competed again in a major event. In Ufa he was 49th of the individual at the European Championships . The Lithuanian came to more missions in 2010 in Otepää . He finished 57th in the sprint and 55th in pursuit and individual. In 2011 he started at the European Championships in Ridnaun and was 57th in the individual, 58th in the sprint and 47th in the pursuit race. In the 2011/12 season Zlatkauskas achieved his best results in the World Cup. In Kontiolahti he finished 49th in a sprint and 51st in a pursuit.

During a training control in Austria, Zlatkauskas tested positive for EPO in 2013 and was banned for two years.
