Karsten Linke

Karsten Linke (born December 31, 1963 in Wuppertal , Elberfeld ) is a German sports commentator .

biography

Karsten Linke began his professional career at Westfalen-Blatt Bielefeld. In the early 1990s he completed a traineeship at SAT.1 Hamburg. In the mid-1990s he became the editor of the sports department at SAT.1 in Hamburg and Berlin. During this time he commented on both tennis and golf and also conducted interviews with the athletes. But he could also be heard playing football on the private broadcaster. In 1996, Linke switched to Eurosport. There he was mainly used in tennis. He commented on the most important tournaments in the tennis calendar. Even hockey has been commented by Left.

In 2009, Linke worked for the Society for Internet Portals (GIP). On the internet platforms tennislive.tv and spobox.tv , he commented on many tennis and volleyball events. Linke was also heard from GIP's TV partners, Sportdigital.tv and Anixe HD . At sportdigital.tv Linke is currently commenting on hockey and especially football. Currently there are among others the Dutch Eredivisie or the Russian Premier League . He also sometimes reports two games a day.
