Kasandra Bradette (born October 10, 1989 in Saint-Félicien ) is a Canadian short tracker .

Career

Bradette started for the first time in December 2011 in the World Cup in Nagoya and finished 14th over 500 m and tenth place over 1000 m. At the beginning of the 2014/15 season she reached her first podium finish in the World Cup in Salt Lake City with third place in the relay. In the further course of the season she achieved two more third places with the relay, a third place over 500 m and a second place over 1000 m. In Dresden she won her first World Cup victory with the relay. Her best placings at the 2015 World Championships in Moscow were seventh place over 500 m and sixth place with the relay over 3000 m. She finished the season in eighth place in the 500 m World Cup. In the following season she took second place with the relay in Montreal and Shanghai and third with the relay in Nagoya. At the season highlight of the 2016 World Championships in Seoul , she won the bronze medal in the 1000 m and the silver medal with the relay. In the 2016/17 season she finished six times over 500 m under the top ten and thus reached sixth place in the World Cup over 500 m. In addition, she achieved three times third and once second place with the relay. At the 2017 World Championships in Rotterdam , she was fifth in the relay. In the 2017/18 World Cup season she took third place in Dordrecht and second place with the relay in Budapest . At the season highlight, the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , she was eighth in the 3000 m relay. In March 2018, she won the bronze medal with the relay at the World Championships in Montreal. At the 2019 World Championships in Sofia , she won the bronze medal with the relay.
