Kaspar Gottfried Schlör

Kaspar Gottfried Schlör (born February 17, 1888 in Dettelbach , Lower Franconia ; † October 15, 1964 in Bad Tölz ) was a German lawyer , administrative officer and politician ( CSU ).

Life and work

After graduating from high school in Würzburg , Schlör began studying law and economics at the universities in Würzburg and Munich , which he completed in 1912 with the first state examination and in 1920 with the second state examination. From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War as a soldier . In 1920 he joined the state finance office of Würzburg as an assessor and worked from 1921 to 1929 as an official in the Reich Ministry of Finance . He then became an independent lawyer, auditor and tax advisor. After the end of the war he first ran a law firm in Berlin , then moved to Bavaria and in 1946 became head of the tax office in Amberg .

Political party

Schlör was a member of the Center Party from 1926 to 1933 . He joined the Berlin CDU in 1945 and switched to the CSU in 1946.

MP

Schlör was elected to the city council of Amberg in 1948. In 1948/49 he was a member of the Parliamentary Council .
