Kateryna Serdjuk ( Ukrainian Катерина Сердюк ; born September 16, 1989 in Kharkiv ) is a Ukrainian cross-country skier .

Career

Serdjuk has been taking part in competitions organized by the Fédération Internationale de Ski since 2006 . She mainly competes in sprint races at the Eastern Europe Cup and FIS races . She ran her first of 12 World Cup races in November 2008 in Kuusamo , which she finished with 72nd place in the sprint. In September 2013 she won bronze in the team sprint together with Maryna Lissohor at the roller ski world championships in Bad Peterstal . At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , she finished 45th in the sprint. Her best results at the 2015 Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun were 39th in the sprint and 11th in the relay. Her best results at the Rollerski World Championships 2015 in Fiemme Valley were tenth in the 19 km mass start race and fifth in the team sprint together with Maryna Anzybor .
