Katharina Haferkamp (born February 12, 2002 in Essen ) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Katharina Haferkamp played for VV Humann Essen in her youth . In the summer of 2016 she switched to the volleyball boarding school in Münster and played with the VCO Münster in the Third League West . In 2019, the middle blocker was in the USC's Bundesliga squad . For the 2019/20 season, Haferkamp moved to the second division VC Olympia Berlin .

Haferkamp also plays in the German U17 national team, with which she reached seventh place at the U17 European Championship in Sofia in 2018 .

With the Pascal-Gymnasium Münster , Haferkamp came second in the 2018 World Schools Championship in Brno, Czech Republic .
