Katharina Kowalewski (* 1981 ) is an actress and director with German, Polish, Ukrainian and Canadian roots.

life and career

Katharina Kowalewski has appeared in national and international cinema and television productions since 2008. From 2012 she played several times in the German TV series SOKO Stuttgart and in the spring of 2013 she appeared in the US drama Joy de V. alongside Claudia Cardinale . 2014 she plays in the film Arletty alongside Laetitia Casta .

In addition to her acting career, Katharina Kowalewski writes her own scripts and works as a director. In 2012 her short film and directorial debut Hotel Amour was shown in Hof . Katharina also founded the agency KO.FASHION , with which she advises companies on their online strategy.

Katharina Kowalewski also works as a moderator. In 2013 she led the Designer for Tomorrow Award with Stella McCartney . Katharina Kowalewski currently lives in Paris and Berlin and speaks fluent German, English, French and Polish.
