Laetitia Maria Laure Casta (born May 11, 1978 in Pont-Audemer ) is a French actress and an internationally known model .
life and career
Laetitia Casta is the daughter of Dominique Casta and Line Blin; she has an older brother Jean-Baptiste and a younger sister Marie-Ange. Casta spent her childhood in Normandy , her mother's homeland, but also frequently visited Lumio in Corsica , her father's home , with her parents . There she was discovered at the age of 15 by a photographer from the Paris agency Madison Models . She became internationally known with a cover picture for the magazine " Elle ".
Casta has been an actress since the late 1990s and became known to German audiences as the village beauty Falbala in the film adaptation of Asterix and Obelix against Caesar . In 2011 she received a César nomination for her portrayal of Brigitte Bardot in the biography Gainsbourg - The Man Who Loved Women (2010) .

Private life
On October 18, 2001, Laetitia Casta gave birth to a daughter. The father is Stéphane Sednaoui . Their son was born on September 22, 2006 and another daughter on August 29, 2009. The father of the younger two children is the Italian actor Stefano Accorsi . In 2017 she married her partner Louis Garrel in Corsica .
