Kathrene Pinkerton

Kathrene Pinkerton (born June 9, 1887 in Minneapolis , Minnesota , † September 6, 1967 in New York City , New York ) was an American writer.

Life

Pinkerton spent most of her life in the wilderness of Canada and touring North America with her husband, the writer Robert Eugene Pinkerton . She processed her experiences in the book Einsames Blockhaus . From 1924 to 1931 she lived with her husband and daughter on a sailing boat on the sea off British Columbia. This resulted in the novels Northward and We Three, a Boat and Lua .
