Katrin Lauer
Katrin Lauer (* 1975 ) is a German singer , musician and songwriter of Christian pop music .
She first studied music to become a teacher, then in the Netherlands at the Highschool voor de Kunsten singing. During this time she founded her own pop music school called Eigenart Music in Siegen in 2004 with her husband Alexander Lauer and Eckhard Jung .
Katrin Lauer worked on studio projects for Christian music producers such as Albert Frey , Samuel Jersak , Eberhard Rink and sang in the Kopfermann Band before she released her debut album in 2010. The solo work with exclusively own songs was published under the title In Your Eyes at SCM Hänssler . The album was voted CD of the week by ERF Pop in November 2010.
Katrin Lauer lives in Siegen with her husband and two children.
