Katsushige Kawashima
Katsushige Kawashima ( Jap. 川嶋勝重 , Kawashima katsushige * 6. October 1974 in Ichihara , Japan ) is a former Japanese boxer in the super flyweight .
Professional career
In 1997 he started his professional career successfully. On June 28, 2004 he boxed against Masamori Tokuyama for the world championship title of the association WBC and won by technical knockout in round 1. He defended this title twice and lost it in July of the following year to Masamori Tokuyama in a rematch by unanimous decision .
In 2008 he ended his career.
