The Kaufpark Oak is a shopping mall in oak , community Ahrensfelde . It is operated by ECE project management . A two-story building complex and a parking lot cover a total area of 160,000 m². The center consists of specialist markets , specialist shops and restaurants .
history
The shopping center with a gross floor area of 67,000 m² was opened in 1994 on Landsberger Chaussee, just a few meters behind the Berlin city limits (districts Berlin-Marzahn / Berlin-Hellersdorf ). 4,000 free parking spaces and a gas station are available to visitors. First of all, after reunification , a branch of the grocery chain Kaufland (initially under the name KaufMarkt ) was set up in the same place . A few years later, today's building complex was built.
From March 2016 to October 2017, Kaufpark Eiche was rebuilt for 40 million euros.
