The Keilstein is a 450 meter high mountain in the area of the city of Regensburg .
The Keilstein lies between the villages of Schwabelweis and Keilberg in the Schwabelweis district. It is located on the south-eastern edge of the Malm of the Franconian Jura and is in the Am Keilstein nature reserve .
