The KamAZ-45143 ( Russian КамАЗ-45143 ) is a truck from the production of the KAMAZ plant in Naberezhnye Chelny . The shallow body tipper is intended for agricultural use.

Nothing is known about the production history of the KamAZ-45143. It is not clear when KAMAZ began series production, nor when exactly the predecessor KamAZ-55102 was discontinued. The vehicle is also not officially offered by the manufacturer today. However, the company's press releases indicate that KamAZ-45143 vehicles are still being produced as of 2016.
A nine-speed gearbox is used and the engine is manufactured by KAMAZ itself. The basic version of the KamAZ-740.31-240 diesel engine has an output of 240 hp (176 kW); other engines with up to 280 hp (206 kW) are also installed. No all-wheel drive is offered, the power is transmitted to both rear axles.
The most important change compared to typical designs as a construction tipper is the dump body used. It can be emptied on both sides, but not to the rear. In addition, their shape differs greatly from the troughs otherwise used. The loading area is rectangular with a flat bottom. In the basic version it holds almost eight cubic meters of material, but can be expanded to over 15 cubic meters with additional attachments. However, the truck can only load ten tonnes, significantly less than other three-axle tippers from the manufacturer. The vehicle is designed for agriculture, where there are very voluminous bulk goods that are not particularly heavy or dense.
The manufacturer produces three variants:
- KamAZ-45143-10 - model with low side walls for 7.8 cubic meters of cargo volume
- KamAZ-45143-11 - version with wooden top boards for 10 cubic meters of cargo
- KamAZ-45143-13 - version with high metal loading walls for 15.4 cubic meters of cargo
