The KamAZ-5320 is a truck made by the Russian company KamAZ , which was produced from 1976 to 2000. The all-wheel drive KamAZ-4310 is based on the KamAZ-5320.
Vehicle history
The KamAZ-5320 belonged to the first generation of vehicles that were built in small numbers in the newly built KamAZ plant from 1976. In fact, mass production only began in 1978. Vehicles with long and short cabs were delivered, all types of cabs can be folded forward for maintenance work on the engine. Basically only vehicles with a steel platform and rear-wheel drive were built that were not intended for difficult terrain.
The GDR imported the trucks from 1978. From 1980 the KamAZ-53212 was built in parallel , which differed from the KamAZ-5320 mainly in its increased payload.
