The KamAZ-54115 ( Russian КамАЗ-54115 ) is a truck from the production of the KAMAZ plant in Naberezhnye Chelny . The vehicle was built in series from 1995 to 2011 and is the manufacturer's third standard tractor unit . From the predecessor KamAZ-54112 , the model differs mainly in an increased payload, a revised engine and some changes to the cab.

In 1995, the Russian truck manufacturer KAMAZ revised its standard tractor, creating the KamAZ-54115. The predecessor KamAZ-54112 , which had been built since 1980, had a weaker diesel engine with only 210 instead of 240 hp. However, nothing was changed in the basic structure of the large-volume V8 diesel engine. In addition, the look of the driver's cab has been redesigned. The round lamps in the radiator plate were completely eliminated, only the rectangular headlights remained in the bumper. In addition, the cabs are a few centimeters higher, which can be easily recognized by the additional sheet metal above the windshield. In addition, the position of some attachments on and behind the cab has changed, in particular the tank, spare wheel and air filter. The permissible fifth wheel load (payload) has been increased to twelve tons.
After 16 years of production, the vehicle was taken out of production in 2011. In addition to the general age of the design, which goes back as far as possible to the KamAZ-5410 from the 1970s, the reason in particular were stricter emissions regulations, which came into force in Russia from 2012.
