Keith Earls (* 2. October 1987 in Moyross , County Limerick ) is an Irish rugby union player , who at positions inside three quarters , outer three quarters and goalkeeper plays. He is active for the Irish national team and the province of Munster .

Earls completed his school days in Limerick at St Munchin's College , with whose rugby selection he won the Munsters School Championship, among other things . He was then part of the country's youth national teams, with the U20 selection of the Grand Slam in the Six Nations of this age group. He was also active for Reserve Ireland A and Ireland's 7-a-side rugby team. He made his debut for the men's national team on November 8, 2008 against Canada and made his first attempt in the second minute with the first touch of the ball .

In 2009 he was nominated after only two internationals for the tour of the British and Irish Lions to South Africa .
