Kennedy Nyauncho Osinde (born August 18, 1962 in Kenya ) is a Kenyan diplomat . Osinde was the Kenyan ambassador to Germany from September 7, 2010 to October 2014 .

Osinde studied Business Administration at the University of Nairobi and graduated with a Masters degree . He worked as a lecturer for several years before moving to the Kenyan National Bank . Osinde was most recently head of the strategic planning group. He then took on a management position in the insurance industry. In April 2010, President Mwai Kibaki announced the appointment of Osinde as the new ambassador to Germany. In addition to Germany, Osinde was also responsible for representing Kenyan interests in Bulgaria and Romania .
