Kerstin Weng

Kerstin Weng is a German fashion journalist and editor-in-chief , also known as a blogger .

Weng studied fashion journalism at the Akademie Mode & Design in Munich; she completed her studies with a diploma. She worked as a freelance journalist for various media such as the textile revue , the magazine of the Süddeutsche Zeitung and the magazine Neon . In 2007 she joined Myself as an editor , where she was promoted to head of department . In 2012/2013 she was also head of department at the Burda brand Cover . In 2013, at the age of 30, she was appointed editor-in-chief of the German edition of Cosmopolitan , replacing Carolin Schuhler in this role . In January 2015 she took over the editor-in-chief of the online fashion portal Stylight .

Since February 2016, she has been editor-in-chief of the fashion magazine InStyle, succeeding Annette Weber .
